Refund Policy

RETURNS

To receive a full or partial refund, our consumer right of withdrawal applies for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full or partial refund for your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept returns of intimate or hygienic products, hazardous materials or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Any completed order cannot be cancelled.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only a partial refund will be granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or records
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Lost or not received packages
In case of lost or not received packages, we will automatically ship the package to the address indicated in your order. A refund cannot be given if the package is not received and not returned to our warehouse for security reasons, as some customers have received a refund before receiving the package and thus benefited from their package for free.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item for the same item, please email us at kontakt@podzplay.de .

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver sent the gift to themselves to give to you later, we will send the gift giver a refund and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping costs for returns
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over €50, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
